My Approach
My Personal Training and Programming philosophy has developed and evolved through the years into a deeper, more holistic approach. Many of my clients have struggled with long term accountability and motivation, as well as frustrations resulting from previous injuries. Most often, the pain associated with exercise is a consequence of incorrect movement patterns which leads to imbalances, lack of results, and further injury. I am passionate about helping my clients retrain their movement patterns, learn to exercise without pain, and develop a healthy mindset so they can experience the benefits of committing to a customized fitness program.
Initiate
With the help of your initial consultation and assessment, we will establish short term and long term goals while identifying obstacles, mechanical issues, and mindset patterns that through the years have kept you from achieving fitness success.
Implement
You’ve taken the plunge, hired a trainer, completed your assessment, now what? We use your assessment to create a customized program that meets your physical and mental needs. Once your plan is created, it is uploaded to your personal app and you are ready to get started.
