My Approach

Over the years, my philosophy on Personal Training and Programming has matured into a more comprehensive approach. A number of my clients have faced challenges with sustained accountability and motivation, compounded by the frustrations of past injuries, time constraints, and ongoing health issues. The discomfort that sometimes accompanies exercise can often be traced back to improper movement patterns, resulting in imbalances, unsatisfactory outcomes, and additional injuries. My dedication lies in aiding my clients to correct their movement patterns, exercise pain-free, and foster a positive mindset, enabling them to reap the rewards of a personalized fitness regimen.

At Ascend Training and Wellness, I work with a diverse range of women, generally from ages 25 to 80, each with their own unique goals and reasons for starting their fitness journey. I firmly believe that fitness is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every client is different, and I take the time to create personalized programs that fit each individual's needs, abilities, and aspirations. Whether you're focusing on improving mobility, building strength, or enhancing overall wellness, my goal is to provide the support and guidance needed to achieve your personal milestones.

Through our initial consultation and assessment, we will set both short-term and long-term goals, identify obstacles, mechanical issues, and mindset patterns that have hindered your fitness success over the years.

Implement

You’ve taken the plunge, hired a trainer, completed your assessment, now what? We use your assessment to create a customized program that meets your physical and mental needs. Once your plan is created, it is uploaded to your personal app and you are ready to get started.
